I've been going here for years. It's nice to still have a family-owned bakery in the area. There is so much prepackaged junk out there.
I was looking back at my past pictures and came across my cake from my baby shower from August 2023. At the time, I didn't know where it was from until earlier tonight. I looked at the name closely and saw Riesterer's Bakery. Thank you for helping in customizing our cake. At the time, my lil guy was born the year of the Rabbit. My husband wanted to surprise this saying on here, and many of our guests enjoyed the cake.
Excellent bakery with excellent service! I ordered a special rye bread and it was prepared correctly and was ready on time. The bakery has an excellent selection of cakes, cookies, pastries, rolls and bread.
I was looking for a kosher bakery and stumbled across this gem. I ordered a few items including the chocolate crossiant, cheese danish and it was so good I went back and ordered some more items to take home for my family. I've traveled in Italy and France so I know what an authentic and good croissant is. I haven't found any other parallel before. Everything was so fresh and delicious, soft and not too sweet. Everything was reasonably priced. It really took me back to Italy. Service was great and fast!
When I called asking for a cake to resemble an everything bagel with lox and cream cheese...this could've gone very poorly. Riesterer's knocked it out of the park. Insane cake. Well done! Also I asked for bagel cookies. Also...perfection. AND everything tasted good too! Win win!
Riesterer's Bakery was recommended to me by the restaurant where my daughters Bridal Shower was being held I was very impressed with the customer service I received when placing the order for cake I didn't have a picture of a specific design but explained my vision and they decorated it perfectly! The cake was delicious and the raspberry mousse filling was incredible If I lived in the area this would definitely be my "go to" bakery!
